Still Good
I did absolutely nothing today, I had a phone appointment with my doctor to let him know that I tested positive and he then gave me some medicine to take just to prevent any secondary infections. Good news today!! I got a call from the City of El Paso's Health Department and they pretty much told me that today is my last day of quarantine!! I was starting to become rather restless, didn't like being stuck at home...felt like forever since I had actually gone out driving. Everyone is still recovering and I think we are all getting better day by day. If you all can just keep my grandparents in prayer...my grandpa isn't doing too well right now, but I know that God is watching over him and this will all pass...but praying he starts to feel better tomorrow!
Through everything that we experience in this life, God is still good. He's the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. In the quietness of life or the in the chaos happening around us...GOD IS STILL GOOD. Though, while walking through a storm we might question what good can come from this...but if you just allow yourself to see what God sees; you'd be amazed. So many times, we see things the way we think we are supposed to see them; we look at it the way we want and that's not always the case. Where you sit determines what you see, and what you see determines what you do. Just because we may not see or hear any answers from God, doesn't mean he's ignoring us or being mean...but telling us that we are more than capable to keep moving through the storm without knowing. Sometimes we get too concerned about "the mess", that we lose sight of the miracle. Sit with God and see what he sees and I pray that you be reminded that through the good and bad, big or small...God IS STILL Good!!
